Return/Exchange Policy

Can be returned within 07 days from the date of receipt if:

– Product is defective due to manufacturer

– Product is damaged during transportation

– Product delivered is not the same model/type as ordered

– Returned products must have original packaging, labels, and have not been used.

– Return cost: free if due to company error; customer pays the fee if returning according to personal needs.
